By using the Service, you grant MrsDevOps a non-exclusive license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. **Generated Output**: The PDF, video, and image files generated by the Service are yours to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the underlying audio content (e.g., that you own or have license to the Suno-generated music). ## 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service. Specifically, you agree not to: - Upload copyrighted content you do not have rights to - Use the Service for any illegal activity - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service - Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service - Generate content intended to deceive or defraud ## 8. Payment & Refunds ### Payment Terms - Payments are processed through Stripe - Charges are non-refundable unless the Service fails to deliver the promised output due to a technical error on our end ### Refund Policy - **Technical Failure**: If your generation fails due to a bug or error in the Service (not user error), you may request a refund within 7 days of the failed transaction. Email MrsDevOps@MrsDevOps.com with details. - **Change of Mind**: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the generated output quality (this is subjective). - **Refund Process**: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. ## 9. Third-Party Services MrsDevOps uses third-party services including but not limited to: - Google OAuth (authentication) - Supabase (infrastructure) - OpenAI Whisper (transcription) - Pollinations AI (image generation) - Grok AI (processing) - Stripe (payments) MrsDevOps is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. If any third-party service is unavailable, your use of the Service may be disrupted. ## 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, MrsDevOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: - Your use of or inability to use the Service - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data - Any third-party content accessed through the Service - Any conduct or content of any third party accessed through the Service - Any loss or corruption of data or files ## 11.
